A skewer is a short stick/metal that is used in holding pieces of food while grilling or roasting. Skewers give someone the opportunity of customizing a meal. This cooking method is recommended over a bare or grill grate covered in foil. In case you do not have a grate, then the recipes below can be cooked using the stick method described above.
