NRA Under Attack as NY Attorney General Seeks to Dissolve Gun Advocacy Organization

In the most recent attack by Democrats on gun advocacy and safety, NY Attorney General Letitia James has filed suit against the National Rifle Association (NRA) in Manhattan. Seeking to dismantle the organization, James’ 2018 election campaign centered on her promise to politically prosecute the NRA. Following through on that promise, James has now completed an 18-month investigation into the NRA, citing “years of self-dealing and illegal conduct.”

Washington, D.C. attorney general Karl Racine is suing the NRA Foundation at the same time, accusing the Foundation of using funds for lavish executive spending instead of the programs . . .
