What are the “earned course points” listed under profile info? How do we earn them?

I have been a member for over a year and haven’t received a single thing offered in the benefits. The only thing I get is emails for products that take 6 weeks to receive if at all.

Is anybody else having problems getting products that you have ordered? I’m still waiting on my Hoffman Richter Talon knife I ordered July 16th
