Tensions are running high across the U.S., with high-profile and unconstitutional advances being made by authorities in multiple states. In Kentucky, a couple was fitted with ankle monitors after testing positive for COVID-19 and refusing to sign self-quarantine paperwork that would require them to receive approval from the Department of Health to leave their home.
