The last week of July brought both good and bad news when it comes to the 2nd Amendment. The bad news is that more protesters are arriving armed, and unfortunate accidents are occurring across the country. In Austin, a vehicle driving towards protesters ended with one of them dead; in Colorado, a protester opened fire and injured two nearby protesters who both required medical attention.
The good news is that Missouri attorney general Eric Schmitt is dismissing the case against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St. Louis couple who famously armed themselves against protesters on their private street. Missouri maintains . . .
